This is the Origo development site for the F5 library, the fiberbundle layout metadata layer for HDF5.

This project is related to the Vish Visualization environment that makes use of this library as well. Vish provides means to visualize data provided in the F5 format; this project here covers F5 as a standalone project, including plugins and file converters to existing applications and formats.

The Vish Visualization Shell - Visualization software based on F5

We don't yet have official releases or Downloads . Please just check out the sources from SVN, but be cautious to access the right checkout module, depending on whether you want to use F5 as part of an application, or standalone. For getting started, you will probably want to use the standalone version, which is self-contained with anything needed to compile. See Source Code Access for details.
